Duke Ranches Ltd. camps are offered yearly in July and August and have been running for the last 20 years. Our Summer Camps provide a wonderful opportunity for you or your child to share in some great learning experiences with horses.
Whether you are a serious or recreational rider we have a program to meet your needs.
We pride ourselves in providing you with top horses and excellent instruction from Kim Lansdell and Jody Marshall (biographies available on the website).
This five day horse experience is one you or your child will never forget!
The objectives of the summer camps offered at Duke Ranches Ltd. are:
- To provide theoretical knowledge about horses and horsemanship.- To provide practical opportunities to improve horsemanship and knowledge about riding.- To acquire new skills in horsemanship and horse care.- To experience an exciting horseshow opportunity (held on the Friday of all camps), and encourage good sportsmanship.- To provide an opportunity to meet new friends, have fun, and enjoy the environment provided by Duke Ranches Ltd.You will meet others with the same interests and obtain educational knowledge about horses as well as some summer fun.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Riding Helmet (GPA or certified is suggested), low-heeled or paddock boots (available at Tudor Tack or Lammle's Western Wear), layered snug clothing, rainwear or sunscreen. Please come with a packed lunch (full day) high energy items snacks and lots of water (half day).
